Your Trip Mate will be an Online Travel Facilitator for local and international travel and holiday, and it can accessed through Web, mobile apps and USSD/SMS from a direct and franchise sales channel. As the platform of services is available through the website of yourtripmate.com; an agreement is set forth between the user.php/visitor/customer and this site. The parties of this site are deemed to be incorporated under the terms and conditions as specified in this site for the persuasion and continuation of the service. Additionally, YTM is contracted with some other parties involved for the air tickets, MICE, bus, rail, holiday packages etc. the user.php is supposed to be agreed and accepted the terms and conditions of yourtripmate.com and will be excepted from any other terms of service from any other site in the case of conflict between.
Payment Method
Cash: We prefer our customer to transact directly and only acceptable method of transaction currently is cash for any kind of payment. We would transact in a valid commercial passage through invoice. Any kind of refund applicable thereby would also be made in cash.
Fares and Prices
YTM reserves the right to charge transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the YTM Services. YTM further reserves the right to alter any and all fees regarding usage of any services and surrounding transactions from time to time, without notice. The User is supposed to be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies and assessments for availing the YTM Services.
Booking, Cancellation and Amendment Charges
YTM has own customer relations center for the highest convention of the customer and it serves customer on the facilitation of his/her journey in most possible way. If any customer wants any change in his travel, s/he must contact the service center as addressed and we would try our best for the maximum facilitation that can be applied on our best. There will be no service charge applicable for such modification of facilitation and we would price the customer as on regular pricing basis. However after issuing air-ticket, if theres any changes requested by customer, the airline change fee will be applicable.
